1. About Us

1. We operate from Gibraltar through two regulated entities:

•     a. YoWealth Bank Limited (“YoWealth Bank”), a company incorporated and registered in Gibraltar under Company No. [111928].
•     b. YoWealth VASP Limited (“YoWealth VASP”), a company registered and incorporated in Gibraltar under Company No. [118088].

2. Both entities have their registered office at Suite 23, Portland House, Glacis Road, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA, with our principal place of business located at YoWealth HQ, One Grand Casemates Square, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.

3. Our fiat services are provided by YoWealth Bank, while our crypto services are provided by YoWealth VASP.

2. Our Regulator and Permissions

1. Both YoWealth Bank and YoWealth VASP are regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC).

• 2. YoWealth Bank is authorized as a 'credit institution' under the Financial Services Act 2019 with Permission No. [23171].
• 3. YoWealth VASP is authorized as a 'DLT institution' under the Financial Services Act 2019 with Permission No. [26061].

3. Deposit Protection

1. Deposits held with YoWealth Bank are protected under the Gibraltar Deposit Guarantee Scheme (GDGS).

• 2. Eligible depositors are covered up to EUR 100,000.00 (or currency equivalent) per depositor, regardless of the number of accounts or the currencies held.
• 3. The GDGS does not regulate YoWealth Bank or any other financial institutions; regulation is carried out by the GFSC, which is also the appointed Resolution Authority.
• 4. The Financial Services Resolution and Compensation Committee (FSRCC) administers the GDGS, but only the GFSC or a court can determine if a bank is unable to repay its deposits.
