YoWealth Financing offers structured financing facilities across six specialist categories — from business working capital to personal life-event support and corporate project finance. Each application is reviewed individually against eligibility, documentation and risk parameters; approval and final terms are never guaranteed.
This page explains the categories of financing available on YoWealth, the broad eligibility framework, required documentation, and the application journey so you can prepare confidently before submitting a request inside your secure YoWealth dashboard.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All YoWealth financing facilities are subject to individual review, eligibility verification, risk assessment, full AML/KYC compliance, and — where applicable — collateral valuation and Loan-To-Value (LTV) acceptance. YoWealth does not guarantee approval, specific terms, interest rates, or disbursement timelines. Crypto-backed financing is only available to eligible corporate entities and qualifying individuals where expressly permitted by applicable law and internal policy.
Each category below carries its own eligibility profile, documentation requirements, and review pathway. Ranges shown are indicative only; the final amount offered — if approved — may fall inside or outside these bands depending on individual circumstances, security offered, and the outcome of YoWealth's internal risk review.

CRYPTO-BACKED DISCLAIMERS:
Approval is NOT guaranteed. Subject to digital-asset valuation, independent risk review, Loan-To-Value (LTV) parameters, full AML/KYC and KYB screening, and YoWealth internal policy. Only eligible companies and qualifying individuals (where permitted) may apply. Volatility risk and potential margin-call / liquidation conditions apply.
YoWealth financing is designed to be transparent from application through to settlement. While every request is individually reviewed — and no outcome can be pre-judged — the platform aims to give members a clear, structured and communicated journey at every step.
Clear Application Structure
Required documentation, eligibility criteria and category-specific information are published on this page and replicated inside the dashboard application workspace, so members know exactly what to prepare before they start.
Status Tracking
Once submitted, applications move through staged statuses inside the member dashboard. YoWealth aims to communicate decisions, additional-document requests, and next steps clearly and in writing at each phase.
Support Liaison
Members with questions on a submitted application can open a support ticket referencing their financing reference. The YoWealth team will respond during business hours on all non-automated queries.
Secure Document Handling
All application materials — including identity documents, financial statements, contracts and proof of collateral — are submitted through the same encrypted YoWealth infrastructure used for deposits and KYC.
Responsible Review
Every financing request is reviewed against the member's overall YoWealth profile, demonstrated capacity, and the specific category policy. YoWealth will decline requests that do not meet internal risk or suitability standards.
Structured Workflow
The standard pathway — Draft → Submitted → Under Review → Additional Information Requested (if any) → Approved / Declined → Offer Acceptance (if approved) → Settlement — is the same for all categories and members.
The diagram below maps the standard lifecycle of a YoWealth financing request. Individual journeys may vary — certain categories may require additional steps, valuations, legal sign-off or external verification — but the high-level stages below apply to every application.
Nothing on this page should be read as a commitment, approval, or pre-qualification. Every request is considered on its own merits against YoWealth policy and prevailing internal risk appetite at the time of review.
Login to your YoWealth dashboard, navigate to the Financing section, select the financing category that matches your use case, and start a new draft application.
Provide requested information about yourself or your business, the financing purpose, the requested amount, and upload all documentation required for the selected category.
Review the summary, confirm accuracy, acknowledge that approval is not guaranteed, and submit the application into the YoWealth review queue.
YoWealth undertakes internal review, AML/KYC checks, and — where applicable — collateral / crypto-asset valuation. Additional documents or clarifications may be requested.
The application is either declined (with reasons summarised where policy permits) or conditionally approved with a formal offer detailing amount, term, repayment schedule, and security.
If approved and the member accepts the offer, all agreements are executed, any collateral or security is perfected, and — subject to final checks — funds are disbursed to the nominated YoWealth wallet or account.
Eligibility varies by category. Below is a high-level summary for each of the six YoWealth financing types. Meeting these baseline criteria does NOT guarantee approval — it simply means the application will proceed to internal review.
NOTE: Meeting these conditions does not guarantee an offer. Crypto-backed financing is a restricted product and is subject to internal risk committee sign-off, acceptable LTV, confirmed source of wealth, and jurisdictional permitting.
YoWealth asks members to declare the intended purpose of any financing request as part of the application. The lists below show accepted purposes per category; members who select "Other" must provide a clear description.
YoWealth reserves the right to decline requests for purposes outside stated policy, and to request additional evidence of use-of-funds post-disbursement where risk policy requires.
The security profile depends on the financing category, the amount requested, the member's overall relationship with YoWealth, and the internal risk assessment. The summary below is indicative, not exhaustive, and does not represent the security that will actually be required for any individual application.
Some Personal and smaller Business / Working Capital requests may be reviewed on a partially or fully unsecured basis, subject to demonstrated repayment capacity, clean credit profile, and — for businesses — trading history. Unsecured facilities typically carry lower maximum amounts and stricter affordability requirements.
Corporate, Investment & Growth, larger Business, and many Working Capital facilities will typically require some form of security. This may include (but is not limited to) a debenture or fixed/floating charge over business assets, property or equipment mortgages, personal guarantees from directors or principals, assignments of receivables or contracts, and pledge of marketable securities.
Crypto-backed facilities are ALWAYS secured by a pledge of the nominated digital assets, held in a qualifying YoWealth-approved custody or controlled wallet arrangement. Loan-To-Value (LTV) is set by YoWealth based on asset class, volatility, liquidity and jurisdictional factors. Collateral may be subject to maintenance margin, and in the event of default or LTV breach — and subject to applicable law — pledged assets may be liquidated without further notice.
KEY RISK: Digital-asset prices can move sharply and without warning. Members may lose the full value of pledged collateral. YoWealth's LTV, margin-call and liquidation policies will be set out in the offer documents before any facility is accepted.
Prepare the documents below in advance to speed up application time. Additional documents may be requested during review on a case-by-case basis. Where documents are in a language other than English, certified translations may be required.
If your question is not answered below, please open a support ticket from inside your YoWealth dashboard referencing "Financing Query" and the team will respond during business hours.
Remember: submission of an application does not guarantee approval, a facility offer, or any particular terms. All applications are reviewed individually.
